New Category: Language Learning
I know a lot of language learners that would love to stream their study sessions on twitch. There is a huge polyglot community on youtube and the only thing missing is a category to help users find this content on twitch. The category name that I suggest is: Language Learning.
The closest thing that I can find for these types of streamers are on the category Duolingo, but that is only one resource and there are many more language learning resources online.
Thank you for the consideration.

I would love this so much. It would be really cool to meet other people who are also learning the same language, or to discover other forms of learning another language.

It would also be beneficial to have another category for language acquisition. Since I place a high importance on learning languages. I also pay someone to write my dissertation for me, which helps me with my academics https://www.personalstatementwriter.org/ It would be wonderful to have some assistance materials to help me boost my knowledge since my Duo Lingo app isn't very satisfying.

genuinely love this! i've been looking for the right category for language learning, when youre not using duolingo. it would be so much easier to find other people who are just as invested in language as you are

I would like to say that Duolingo is a good resource for language learning. But it is good to learn a language when other factors, such as education, do not interfere. I use cool support for this https://essaywriter.org/write-my-paper-for-me There real professionals will help you in time. They are also open 24/7

That's true, it can be quite beneficial, and there's a variety of different sources on the internet that help people learn a foreign language. Personally, I learn French with Lingopie, and for me, it's pretty convenient and entertaining to watch movies with subtitles. And I can't imagine how many useful apps are out there besides something like that.

Adding another category for language learning would be another plus. Since learning languages is a priority for me. I also order write my dissertation https://www.dissertation-service.org/write-my-dissertation/ for me, which improves my studies. My Duo Lingo app is not very satisfying, it would be nice to have some support resources to help me pump my education

I am a researcher studying how language learners use Twitch. If you are interested in being part of my study please send me a message! Also, having a category for language learners makes a lot of sense given the new collaboration between Duolingo and Twitch. I'm surprised they haven't done this already!

This is needed.

Please consider this suggestion.
There is a language learning crowd much larger than many game tags out there, it would bring people together

Please add a "Language Learning" category, separate from "Just Chatting." I'm trying to build a community of language learners and it's really difficult to gather people together to talk about and speak in other languages. I've also seen a few threads about adding multiple language tags, which I completely agree with and should be added ASAP.
Thank you for reading.

Yesss!! Thank you! I stream language content and study-with-me sessions and I don't understand why it's not possible to tag "studying" or "language learning" or another language like "chinese" if I'm studying that!! It's a huge obstacle to grow my community!

Hello,
I would like to propose a new category for the home page - Language Learning bracket (apps like Rosetta, DuoLingo, Babel) through which a creator can live stream whilst learning a new language and interact with the community who may be A) interested in learning too B) may be native speakers and can give tips or just laugh at the bad pronounciation etc. Although it could be part of JustChatting I think having its own separate category may incentivise people to have a look. From standard languages like French, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish etc to dead languages like Latin, ancient Greek to fictional like Orcish or Klingon. It can be both educational and fun in my opinion.
Apologies if this is the wrong sub forum but the general one wouldn't let me post this idea.
