I think that adding a "Non-partnered" and "Partnered" section to twitch would be a great way of promoting smaller streamers who are trying to find their audience, as well as making it as easy as possible for people to find their favorite partnered streamer in the partnered section.

This would be a very simple idea to implement and wouldn't have an effect on the way people stream. It would make it far easier for those streamers who are trying to find and audience find and audience and once thats been done, the partnered section is for them.

The way I would plan this out is. In the "non-partnered" and "partnered" sections of twitch, you would have the games planned out like you do now, with the games with the most viewers would be at the top with those with lower viewers at the bottom. you can organise the games with a "Low to High", "High to Low" and "Skill" priority option at the top which does exactly what it says.

I also think that being able to save games to your home-page would be good as well becasue not everyone wants to watch League of Legends every time they go to twitch.

The reason for asking for this is becasue that with the growing number of people using twitch, nothing is being done for those who want to make use of that and use the platform for what its meant to be used for.
