Series Categories A lot of games, sometimes smaller, sometimes larger, are spread out across a series. Games within that series share a lot of similarities to viewers and being able to browse by a series would be massively beneficial to discovery.
If I search for "Mega Man" and go to categories, I could see all the individual games; however, being able to see broader categories of "Classic Mega Man", "Mega Man X", or "Mega Man Battle Network" would make that search much easier.

Add Tamagotchi as a platform The Tamagotchi is a series of handheld devices by Bandai. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamagotchi
Since new Tamagotchi devices are made per iteration, it would be fitting to have them all under the umbrella of "Tamagotchi", similar to how IGDB handles the Game and Watch.

Add: "Sonic Origins" (Game) Despite implementing a Missions gamemode and a completely new array of game mechanics along with native widescreen support this game lacks its own category to separate it from its retro versions. Currently streamers don't know whether to stream under Retro, Sonic, or the original versions of the games bundled in this remaster/remake. Please add this in so that streamers know which game to stream under! (category-specific tags such as Classic or Anniversary mode could be included, but that is not the focus of this post.)

Please add an "Advice Show" category Please add an "Advice Show" category! This could be a category specifically for online advice streams like those currently performed by LyleForever, ToadPHD, and TheOldestNewb (myself). We are currently difficult to find because we're at the bottom of "Just Chatting". I expect there will be even more channels like this.

Non updated cover Revise the generation of cover files for games. Some are not representing the current game state, like The Elder Scrolls Online.
Some places the cover is the new one, some places it gets an older one. As in this case, and I imagine it's the case for many Ongoing/MMO games, each new expansion/release the cover art changes.
In the ESO example, if I go to set the stream type the name of the game it show the correct updated thumbs, but after confirming it shows the previous one (tested on various browsers) and it just updates after some minutes to…1 vote -

Expand on categories that lead to a second page that sorts the same category by followers Discoverability idea! Expanding on gaming categories that sort as how many followers a channel has presently. So, if someone clicks on a category and leads them to a second page that displays the same category, but sorted by followers and displays how many channels are live. new streaming category I would like to propose a category for people that play scary games and watch scary videos. The category could be named "Only Scary On Saturdays". So instead of watching scary videos on Just Chatting (where people might not be looking for scary stuff) they can stream it on said title.

24/7 category Tried to find the right category for this but wasn't certain. For categories in twitch (I know, theres a lot) could we get a 24/7 category? For those streams that for example just have their focus on their home aquarium, or the 24/7 cams that are coming to Alveus Sanctuary soon, etc. Sometimes I want to chill to stuff like that and having a lot of options all in one place would be awesome.
