Let Moderators use emotes. This would mean that bots such as Streamlabs and Moobot won’t have to be gifted subs to use emotes.

I think this would be extremely useful! Maybe not to all moderators because I could see Twitch losing a lot of revenue to that for Affiliates, but at least to moderation bots like Nightbot.

There's already a "workaround" on this if you're a Twitch partner, you get "permanent subscriptions" to give out to bots, etc. But I definitely think there should be an option for smaller streamers as well.
