7. Let Moderators use emotes. This would mean that bots such as Streamlabs and Moobot won’t have to be gifted subs to use emotes.

   This would also be helpful for affiliates, who don't get to pick 3 permasubs. So either make it general, or at give smaller creators the option to have at least one assigned bot with a permasub.
