Unlocking Permanent Emotes for Gifting Subs / Continuing Subscriptions to Channels

Unlock permanent emote slots for those who gift subs (5/10/25 etc) and those who are subscribed to a channel for x-amount of time (3/6/9 months etc) just like how the bits emotes work.

It would give affiliates the opportunity for more emote slots to work with if they choose to upload anything there for them, and it also provides some reward to go with viewer generosity (at the minute, permanent emotes are a thing with bits alone and they're great, but there are no permanent unlocks for continuous support in subscribing/gifting subscribers to a channel. In fact, for gift subs, there is only a badge alone and if you gift subs as well as wanting another unlocked badge showing, that gets taken away/you have to choose what's displayed). This would make for a great optional feature, at the discretion of the creator, just like the bits emotes. :)

    this one needs a bit more traction. emotes for sub gifters need to be a thing asap.

    I like that there are many different ways to get emotes, it allows me as a smaller streamer to give more motes to the community. However I was thinking maybe just like you get emotes for bit-donations, why not make it possible to get unique emotes for sub-gifters? like an emote at 1, 5, 10 sub gifts, maybe higher.

    I love this idea, it provides good variety for a restricted system, and opens up more ways for viewers to get rewarded for supporting streamers in their goals.

    Yes! Make this happen! There are supporters who spend way more money dropping gifted subs on channels than bits, yet only bits get emote rewards

    wishing they take into account this idea, I'm been subbed/resubbed for nine months in row to a channel and I didn't have any emote unlocked, for example the chance to unlock special emotes for a channel that distinguish a streamer, even I gifted three subs and bits and I have nothing of that channel

    When a viewer donates at least 1000 bits in a stream, the streamer then has the option to upload a 'special emote' for those viewers. I'd love to see this option roll out to those who gift subs as well.
