Automatically stop chat scrolling when mod icons are hovered

I sometimes accidentally delete the wrong message through the mod icon when the chat scrolls up one message right before I click. I think stopping the chat for a mod when he hovers a mod icon for a specific message would improve the modding experience.

    Oh yeah that is needed.... I accidently purged / or timeouted some legit users when I was to timeout or purge unwanted messages... Because the chat went up...

    This is already a feature. If you select the three dots in the top right of the chat module, and select pause chat, you want to select any option with Mouseover.
