How much are you donating to charity? Right now I am donating $936 per year to an organization that helps impoverished families transition to financial stability. This amount is fully refunded on taxes during tax time due to a state tax credit.
My state also has a tax credit for schools that amounts to $400. I don’t have kids Bro Games, but I think I am going to donate this to my local elementary school as well. Because why not.
I haven’t seen this topic in this sub very often. I know that tithing is also a form of tax deductible donation.

More options for Southern Indiana charities I'm a streamer who was born and raised in Bloomington, IN. I would like to see more options for charities local to me. I'd love to help anywhere and everywhere, but I'm most knowledgeable to what is happening near me and would like to focus my support towards my community. I believe charities such as Help Ourselves Mutual Aid (HOMA) of Bloomington https://helpourselves.org/ and Becky's Place of Bedford https://www.archindy.org/cc/bloomington/beckysplace.html should be added to the list of charities available on Twitch.

Deciding where and how much to give to charity? Hi, everyone. My girlfriend and I are both in our mid-30s and currently make a combined $780k/year with relative consistency. Suicide Zero My best friend for 15 years commited suicide 2 years ago, I would like to give a % of my subscription earnings to a good suicide prevention charity.
Could you please help me find a good one, I wanted Suicide Zero. Its a Swedish one and it happend in Sweden but couldnt find it.
What is a good global suicide prevention charity that makes change that I can use? Not only in the US but something that actually makes a change if not Suicide Zero is possible. Thank you!
