VIP Management Page for Lead Mods
With the new Lead Mod role, there is a Mod Management page for adding/removing mods. Lead Mods need the same page for management of VIPs, since that is a role we also manage for the streamer. Adding/removing these individually, especially when this is often used as a channel point redemption - VIP for 30 days, for example - it can be a lot to do one at a time.
