Raid Pause Quick Action Button To Stop incoming raids before ending stream

I don't know if anyone have already asked for this but...
I think it will be a good idea to add an option to turn raids off for when you're about to end stream.
Just so someone can raid out to people that are not about to end stream.

You can find a Quick Action in your Stream Manager to pause or block raids mid-stream or towards the end of a stream to avoid disappointing a new influx of viewers as you're getting off for the day.

    Channels should have an easy toggle on the broadcaster dashboard to turn OFF receiving raids when they are preparing to end their stream - stopping other streamers from raiding just as they are about to end.
