New panel for user info
Bring the "Users in Chat" tab of the "Channel Tools" from the Mod Dashboard to the Stream Manager.
Looking at the user info without it overlaying the chat is really useful, so we can continue to read the chat whilst looking at the chat history of a specific user.
Also it being a separate panel would allow it to be resizable.
For most convenience clicking on a user or using /user would open the user in this panel if it's present otherwise it just opens the popup like it currently does.

Once I became affiliate, I switched from mod mode to the stream manager option for streaming. Mod mode just seemed to have more options. Having chat viewers list docked alongside my chat, clicking on user to read their chat opened in this box. Also, there were more timeout options that just don't exist in the streamer manager. Very frustrating. Among other options missing such as the edit title pencil under the stream. Ugh.
