channel point cooldown channel point for user who use mobile. if selected 1 min. the mobile user who redeem have to wait for1 min, but after 1 min not refresh, cannot redeem, unless need to reopen twitch apps. fix the bug!

Watch streak not showing recovery option/streak tracking issue I experienced an issue with the Twitch Watch Streak feature.
I had an active streak of 198 days. On May 28, I missed a stream but tried to recover my streak within the 24-hour recovery window. However, I was never shown any option to restore the streak (no VOD, clip, or chat/profile recovery prompt). Instead, the system still showed my streak as active, as if I had not missed any stream.
Because of this, I had no indication that my streak needed to be recovered, and no opportunity to complete the recovery steps within the required time.

I experienced an issue where my Watch Streak was not counted correctly, even though I fully met all the requirements.
On April 2 (JST), I watched a stream starting at 9:30 PM. I watched for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to finish on a single device.
During the stream, I actively participated in chat and did not switch devices at any point. I was not using any VPN, ad-blocker, or extensions that could interfere with tracking.
Despite this, my streak did not progress…

Prediction Results Message Will Loop Bug Prediction results will loop infinitely when "Dismiss this message" is clicked. Happened during Shared Chat. When timer on message outs out it will loop again.

Chat Messages Not Disappearing Broke by fixing too much, my guess. Chat messages like Community Poll results now no longer disappear and in fact stack on each other so that the only way to remove them is to manually dismiss each and every one. So if I lurk and look away and several happen, there are numerous messages that I have to clear, where just weeks ago they went away on their own shortly.
Edit: Now I note that some messages won't even dismiss when I hit the button for it

Prediction banner There is a bug with the banner of predictions not going away when clicking "dismiss this message" and instead plays a new prediction started banner. I've also noticed they have been stacking up and only after the timer goes away I'm able to remove them.

Need my channel points back!!! I turn my channel points off after every stream so that when I start the next one, I can turn them on at the precise moment of the stream that I want them to be used. Now they are OFF and I can't turn them back on. The channel points are a HUGE part of my stream and my viewers are not happy.

Redeem channel points scroll bar The scroll bar for the redeem channel points keeps disappearing. If I zoom out and then back in, the scroll bar magically pops up. But if I type in chat or click off of the channel points, the bar is gone again.

Watch streak feature is broken, gets stuck on a fixed number of streams My watch streak for one channel is stuck at 13. I've now watched at least two, if not three, more streams and it refuses to budge.
At one point, just after reaching 13, it told me that I'd missed a stream which was wrong as I did not miss any. Now it is stuck in limbo.
It seemed to happen after a stream which got broken into three segments after the streamer's connection died twice so I think that is the source of the bug.

My viewers CAN'T scroll through my rewards list on desktop Hi, some of my viewers haven't been able to scroll through my rewards list for about 2 or 3 weeks. They tried to clear the cache and use different browsers but it changed nothing.
Is that issue known?

not earning channel points For the last day or so, I haven't been able to earn any channel points, even though I'm watching just 2 streams. This first began last night (Oct. 19, 2023), when I showed up to a stream, earned 450 bonus points for watching enough successive streams, earned more points over few minutes, then after a while, I noticed my total points wasn't going up. Is this a bug? In one channel I need to earn enough points every 3 months to remain a VIP. Can anybody help?

Make it so that you can't get the same emote from 'Unlock random sub emote' It's annoying wasting all of them only to get absolutely nothing out of the deal.

Stream Streak Reset Even Though I Never Missed a Stream My 225+ day streak suddenly disappeared even though I consistently watched the stream and did not miss any streams. I always had the stream open whenever the streamer went live, and there were no interruptions or warnings indicating that my streak was at risk. Because of this, I believe this may be a bug or tracking issue.
I was watching on PC using Chrome, without any disconnects, and I regularly refreshed the tab as well. I also never received any “streak lost” notification or a “restore streak” option, so I did not even realize the streak was gone until later.…
