Oversight with how Lead mods can/canntot moderate normal mods
The lead mod has the ability to unmod normal mods, but seemingly can't outright moderate them (such as deleting messages, timing out, etc.) without first needing to take the step of unmodding them. Timing them out automatically removes mod (which is a topic of contention on its own), but it'd be very nice if the lead mod can moderate moderators in chat just like the owner can (as the leadmod has the ability to unmod anyway - but it's an unnecessary and clunky thing to have to do, especially if you just want/need to delete a message). I see this as probably being an oversight on how the lead mod interacts with the other mods.
