Let the streamer award channel points.
A streamer should be able to award channel points to members of their community.
If members of their community provide a valuable resource, participate in challenges or games, channel points can serve as a non-monitary reward.
As it stands, the streamer can do these things with 3rd party bot services. These abilities should be native to Twitch, and not be "done better" by a 3rd party.
