    Youtube permits higher bitrate streaming. For 1080p 60fps upwards 9000 bitrate. If you want to stream at higher qualities, they permit even HIGHER bitrates than that! It would be nice if Twitch at least tried to compete.

  3. Tier 3 subs should be able to use follower emotes anywhere
