Moderators (or editors?) have access to Channel Points menu.
The streamer that I mod for is busy being entertaining and streaming and keeping viewers excited, and they don't have time to go through and queue up songs for the playlist (one of the new channel point prizes we have in our channel). It would be helpful if mods had the ability to access the same interface as the streamers get, to help out.

This should be supported

I just used a bot that gives access to mods to change channel points via my bot.. easy done.. I supported this thread .. twitch doesn’t want to give us easier access to mod related things guess I’ll have to do my own work around

Crazy over 3 years and they still can't change it for editors to actually make edits. Its made out to be such a huge deal of "Only make TRUSTED people editors" We can edit the title, the game, run ads and send raids... Half the time the only reason to have an editor is just to send raids if you are mobile streaming or don't have easy access to do it yourself.

Definitely would be a useful for mods that have streamers who have to actively engage with other creators seamlessly for long periods of time.

This is super helpful! - Some streamers dont have the time to add rewards as they are so busy. It would be useful if mods can add/edit/hide (not remove) rewards!
From a streamer perspective and MOD perspective, this is super needed.

The creator I mod for is on console and doesn't have access to change channel point redeems at all. As a Mod/Editor, You would think ONE of those positions would yield an option to assist in channel point redeems. Either creating or editing the amount.

Actually ran into this problem tonight. Editor here for streamer who needed a points redeem mechanic to be disabled until it was fixed. Would've been super helpful if I was able to fix it, after the streamer asked me to help out, instead of having to constantly refund points. PLEASE make this an option for Editors, we beg of you.

Nobody talks about the log? I need to know if a mod has rejected or approved a bounty, but unfortunately I can't. I just wish I had somewhere to look up what was done with the bounty...

"Editor". It's in the name.
Please grant Editors access to manage the Channel Point redemptions.I have multiple swords who are not tech-savvy. If a Channel Point redemption doesn't work as intended; either the mods have to keep refunding the Channel Points throughout the stream, or the streamer themself has to take that particular redeem offline - meaning they'd need to stop whatever they're doing and break stream-flow.

Would be very helpful for channels I mod, and for my mods as well. Please consider having the ability to modify channel point rewards for mods.

I'd like to help out my friend with his stream - he isn't very technically inclined - but this feature still doesn't exist. Sadge.

Definitely looking for this. It doesn't make sense when a streamer is trying to offload their workload to me, but I have to keep coming back to them to do something like this?

Editors/admins should definitely get access to channel point rewards to help the streamer and they wouldn’t have this position if they weren’t trusted by them so makes sense for them to have this privilege

With the launch of Channel Points API, it's at least possible to be able to manage channel points redeems (create/delete, pause/unpause, enable/disable, refund, etc.) via chat [with the ability to grant Mods, or specific users, permission].
However, this temporary solution is very time consuming to setup and isn't user friendly.

I feel that Editors should have access to the Channel Points settings. This would help out the streamer while they are busy and stop spamming of redeems, or even give the Editor chance to change settings on there to suit the chat. Moderators should NOT get this access though as an Editor is more likely to be someone that is very trusted by the streamer.

I voted yes and I also agree that Editors should have access to change the channel point redemptions where Moderators do not. I think this more fits in line with the roles of a Editor vs Moderator.

I voted yes for this but I think editors should have access more so than mods.
