I agree this could be a useful upgrade to shared Ban info being able to bulk ban people, I have sometimes if had to ban someone really bad copy pasted the ban in other channels.

You can normally request an Unban explaining your reasons but the decision for banning is down to the streamer/Mods. Bans should be immediate not delayed as that allows further bad behaviour from people.

I have mentioned similar to this before, I have banned streamers and been banned by some. Have marked them as not interested and yet they still show up in the list of suggested streamers etc. Is very annoying, if you say you aren't interested in a streamer they shouldn't be shown. If you change your mind you can always search for them. If you are meaning the streamer is shown on their channel page they need to remove them from the featured content page.

If a Lead Mod and Editor should be able to do much more, Twitch adding the lead Mod really did little to add anything useful. That was only really of any use to larger streamers with a team of mods. Many ideas on here for a while giving editors access to channel points, emotes, badges to manage for streamers.

It used to be that if you banned bot followers they would go but even banning them and reporting bot raid to twitch they do nothing. Whenever they get round to doing it lot of streamers suddenly lose loads of followers, better if Twitch did at time so streamer is expecting!

Even with editor you can't do that, you can view the channel points page and even change it , you just can't save it. Have commented and suggested it as have others. This should have been included as part of lead mod or business manager role, really streamers should have a tick box where they select what each mod/editor can do in their dashboard and channel. The emotes particularly for new streamers is needed, helped so many streamers who don't have time to do them and sometimes just one or a few default emotes for months. Shooting Twitch in the foot as emotes can be a reason why people sub to a channel. Less likely if just the default emotes but at least if could add them be something!

Thanks for the request. This was actually our first idea too, but it’s been difficult to think of a way to do it without making the Ban flow too complicated, especially for Mods who are currently using the Mod Action buttons next to messages to Ban.

Maybe if Ban and Block was used that could be flagged to stop an unban request, no idea if it does or not. That could maybe be a way Twitch could implement it though.

Yes I think this should be an option for streamer to allow this for mods and maybe vips!

You shouldn't need a phone number to whisper when it lets you chat in streams, one of the most crazy things that happened in 2024! Verified chat is different as down to streamer their requirements.

Agree this would be a useful role to have but should be available to all streamers, a streamer starting out might not have time/skills/motivation to do things themselves. A person with the role could add other mods as needed, upload emotes, create channel point rewards etc for the streamer.

So limited modding on phone I hate it, not much better streaming on mobile either. For example automod messages not showing up on mobile, I would have banned person if have noticed the extra messages! However they were gone by time got back to pc, was only after reviewing their messages after stream saw 5 extra messages. Honestly isn't good enough, mods should have access to the tools to do job whether on mobile or pc.

Yes I think Editors or additional option in roles to allow stream to be disconnected if streamer forgot or misclicked to end stream and still live.
