Allow moderators to delete each others messages
Moderators sometimes manage game lobby links or somilar for their streamers. As such the links may get copied to the clipboard easily. If there are procedures in place to greet users or similar, then it might happen that moderators accidentally post sensitive information into the chat.
Also, a rogue moderator may abuse their rights or post unwelcome messages.
Thus, moderators should have the option to delete their own and other moderators' messages.

@StormtrooperDan11 you can delete your own messages by refreshing the page and then deleting the message. I know it's not straight-forward, but there is a way.

yes 100% as a minimum you should be able to delete your own messages, I don't think all mods should be able to delete each others messages though. Yes maybe editor could delete any message be good, sure everyone has or has seen other mods post something in error.

@alzirPlease atm you can delete your own messages if you use a client that shows your msg id such as chatterino when you shift left click your message and do /delete id
Overall i do agree that mods should be able to delete each others messages. I feel creating a hierarchy would just add more needless complexcity.

Please allow moderators the option to at least delete their own comments. This would help in many ways where links are sent in chat, from say Google where a huge link could be sent. Not to mention times where the wrong person might be tagged in a comment.
It may be rare that a mod might need to use such things, but we are all human and when an error is made, it can lead to some confusion in communities.
I wouldn't mind seeing a special role created for senior mods to remove the commments of other mods. But we should definitely be able to delete our own.

Agree with @notjoker28 addition.
There should better be some mods tiers like Admins, Mods etc. Twitch alrd has its Channel Editors, but the issue with them is the only specific and useful things they can additionally do (compared to other moderators) are Raids & Hosts.
Twitch could significantly enhance Editors' functionality, making them some sort of Channel Admins (or just add a new channel role), like it's done on Trovo, where the streamers can choose options and tools available for their Super Mods. -

+1 on this. There needs to be a way to delete messages sent by other mods -- would be extra-nice if it would delete only that one message (but that functionality should exist for everyone, anyway)

I would love the ability to delete my own messages as even as a mod, can make a mistake in a message.
Also agree that maybe limiting it to Editors only to keep some control in case things get out of hand. -

Due to typos alone, I wish I could delete at least my own comments as a Mod.
Sometimes I would like to be able to delete other Mod's comments. If it's a free-for-all for Mods and not given to certain ones (such as Editors only), it could be misused easily and things could get out of hand quickly.
It would be super handy for channels that have "Mod for a Day" as well.

+1 I sign this idea immediately because it can be important in other situations to delete a message from other mods
