I will often not see the prediction banner/popup that gives you the ability to navigate to the prediction dialogue. I'll often only see the prediction result/tally, and then later I'll see the congratulations to whomever wins.

This seems to happen most readily when a prediction is started soon after a previous one has ended (often multiple in a row). I believe the new prediction might sometimes start before the win/loss message times out, but I don't think that's necessary to make this happen.

I'm also often signed into several devices on the same stream at once, two of them rather slow. This happens on all of them.
