for predictions, let us put custom time limits
instead of 30s, 2m, 5m, etc, we should be able to type in custom times (ex: "3min30sec")

Jumping from 1 and 2 minutes to 5 minutes is not great. Many times I've found that 2 minutes was not enough but 5 minutes was too much, so adding a custom time would fix this
