channel point reward icon upload isn't working

Uploading new thumbnail images for a channel point reward works and there's no complaint about the file size, until after I hit save. Then the largest size (112 x 112) says "image too large", and the save and cancel button both disappear and seem to hang. The only way to get out is to x out.

    [FIXED] This happened to me, but solved it by ensuring that the files are the right size and navigating to:

    Creator Dashboard > Viewers Rewards > Power ups & Channel Points

    Specifically uploading on this page is the only time it registered and stuck

    I too have the issue some of the others below stated, size of the largest file is 21,4 KB, so it ain't size of the file, set to the correct measurements, allows me to push save, but when I do, nothing happens after that, anyone have any suggestions on how to make this work?

    My files are way below 25kb but on the exact pixel sizes and it doesn't work, anyone know another way to fix it. I drag it and select it by cliking but neither work.

    my method is to size up your 56x56 into 112x112

    the quality is not all there BUT it works

    I worked it out.... you can use a site like TinyPNG (google it) and it will automatically reduce the file size and keep most of the quality! If this helped make sure you let me know x

    If you are having this problem, the file size is too large. I attempted to upload a 112x112 PNG icon that was over 30KB, and ran into this error. The file size limit is *incredibly* small. Try not to exceed 25KB, and you should be fine.

    I am having the same issue. It will be fine but when I go to save it say's 'Unexpected error while uploading the image. Try again later' I try again still the same thing.

    it automatically saves when i enter a channel name but then won't save when i do the channel point image.

    I believe its due to the actual size (As in bytes) of the icon and not the physical size

    Same issue. I even checked the image details by Right click > Properties > Details > Dimensions. Definitely 112x112. Any workaround, at least?

    Yes! This is a bug I also experienced....I can state this is a problem!
