channel point reward icon upload isn't working

Uploading new thumbnail images for a channel point reward works and there's no complaint about the file size, until after I hit save. Then the largest size (112 x 112) says "image too large", and the save and cancel button both disappear and seem to hang. The only way to get out is to x out.

    If you are having this problem, the file size is too large. I attempted to upload a 112x112 PNG icon that was over 30KB, and ran into this error. The file size limit is *incredibly* small. Try not to exceed 25KB, and you should be fine.

    I am having the same issue. It will be fine but when I go to save it say's 'Unexpected error while uploading the image. Try again later' I try again still the same thing.

    it automatically saves when i enter a channel name but then won't save when i do the channel point image.

    I believe its due to the actual size (As in bytes) of the icon and not the physical size

    I cant upload a channel point image either, did anyone figure this out?

    Same issue. I even checked the image details by Right click > Properties > Details > Dimensions. Definitely 112x112. Any workaround, at least?

    Yes! This is a bug I also experienced....I can state this is a problem!
