Tailoring stream settings like redeems to the category has great benefits for more user interaction, making each stream something special and different than the last one. It really does make a difference to the viewers' experience and uniqueness of the stream.

Whether snowballs are getting thrown, bats flying out, leaves or snow falling, bunnies hopping, creepy sounds or jumpscares, exercise reqs like situps or jumping jacks, fridge tours, or shots vs. hydration... there is SO much that can be tailored to on any specific stream.

This would save me so much time before stream and reduce setup mistakes... I do a variety of different stream categories every single week and I always tailor a set of key redeem rewards to the category and the season.

As someone who loves viewer interaction, adding folders would help immensely for keeping my stream organized and decluttering my channel point menu. I have probably around 40 redeems right now and it would be so helpful if I could have folders for VFX and SFX for organization and also to make the viewer experience better. Twitch please add this ASAP!

This would really help in moderating a stream with a lot of different channel point redemptions where some don't necessarily work/ aren't appropriate for all modes.

A big on/ off switch at the top would also be great - to switch them ALL off, and then re-enable the ones which were previously enabled. For some more serious stream moments.

What could be even better is that those categories also reflect for the viewers.
So instead of having everything mixed you could create categories like :

Audio v
Play sound 1 (500 points) | Play sound 2 (5000 points) | etc. (♾️points)

Fall Guys v
Make me emote (4999 points) | Stop 5sec in front of finishing line (9000 points)

PS: People recommended Streamer.Bot which is a great idea but still. This should be built-in

If you don't mind extra hard work and have a web server and a database, you can use the existing end point in order to match your channel points to the game you're streaming, but having done this, I can say it is a lot of graft, you will need coding experience and extra time, so it would be nice to have a manageable option for those who don't have the patience/skills to do all of that nonsense!

Came here to request this very thing! I do DnD streams on Thursdays and don't want a bunch of unrelated alerts going off and killing the vibe, but it's annoying to have to individually switch each of the redeems on and off. Having it as a folder or an individual profile for each type of stream ala SoundAlerts would be great.

as a vtuber, sometimes i use a png model and i have different rewards based on model i would love to have folders so i could switch between models easier

To everyone here that this could be useful for, there is actually a Google Chrome extension that does this fairly seamlessly. It is called Twitch Reward Profiles. Its a shame Twitch hasn't given us a solution for this, but at least this exists! Link here:

As a music streamer who dips into other categories and genres, this would be amazing. I hate having to go in and turn off all my rowdy rewards for my ambient streams.

Streamer.bot does it and I never replied to update. Only thing that twitch needs to do is increase the amount of points that can be set up and active at one time.

This has gotten so many votes and yet twitch still hasn't even took it into consideration. It's say that programs like Aitum have to exist to do this when it SHOULD be build into twitch..

For variety streamers it's so important.
(There is even an extension that already does this through chrome which I don't use chrome) so it's certainly possible!

Seeing how Twitch will never add this; may I recommend Aitum

It would save so much time and be such a huge Quality of Life improvement if we could sort Channel point redemptions into categories and then activate or deactivate them all at once. For example I do an interactive XCOM stream on Fridays but there are about 15 things I have to turn on in my channel redemptions. It would be great if I could create an XCOM category in my redemptions then turn them all on or off at once
