Ability to toggle channel points reward queue off/moderators/editors
Moderators have access to view the reward requests view of the twitch streams they moderate for and accept or reject the reward redemption. Can broadcaster have more control over this capability?
While it is awesome our mods have the ability to do this, some moderators may exploit the ability to approve and reject requests, while rejection means the channel points go back to the person. For custom rewards this means they can keep accumulating points and redeeming them on custom rewards and then rejecting and giving themselves the points back.
As broadcasters, we do not have the ability to see what our moderators have approved/rejected in the rewards queue. While this is great, broadcasters have no idea what was approved or denied/given back in points and what moderators are accessing when. This means, moderators may be approving or crediting the channel points they redeem back to themselves, or wiping queues before the streamer has a chance to action anything (like gifting subs).
Yes we should entrust our mods to do the right thing, but the principle is for rewards (which could come with out of pocket expenses) broadcasters whould have the ability to make sure moderators are not exploiting.
Can we please have the option to toggle the reward request queue to:
Off - Moderators and Editors do not have access
On - Moderators and Editors have access
Editors - Only editors have access
This would allow broadcasters to have the ability of what mods/editors can do on their channel with rewards.
Note: Having and auditable log would be great too. Being able to see what was redeemed, who cleared the reward and how (accepted/declined).

And still with none of this implemented? I need a log of a channel, but it just doesn't exist. I just want to know if the mod completed or rejected the request...

I'm totally missing this feature and prevents me from nominating moderators. Channel points are really importants on my channel, and I want the moderators to moderate the chat, not to interact with channel points.
The power of refunding channel points is really huge (think of the predictions) and should not be granted to whom is not fully informed of the consequences (as there is no turning back !) .
Great power means great responsability. Right now, the great power comes to moderator by default with no responsabilty. The streamer should be able to choose who has this responsability.

I'd love this! There are too many times I was to refund some channel rewards as thanks and a mod has already accepted it.

I agree with this, if somebody is a manager/editor level curating the stream is of benefit for better viewer engagement.

I disagree. If you trust someone enough to allow them to mod for you, then they should be trusted to not abuse the system.
I do agree with the fact there should be an auditable log of who accepted/denied the redemption though. -

I agree with this, now Im creating expensive points rewards that get no redeem and later I cant see on the queue, seems the mods are playing with it.
