Allow streamers to vote on predictions Allowing the streamers to vote, will make the predictions more interesting.
Small streamers will encourage their viewers to participate and offer a better experience if everyone is voting the same answer.

If someone ends their stream early, the prediction points should just be returned to everyone. If someone says they're streaming until a certain time and then end an hour or two early, you lose all of the points you'd bet with if you're on the wrong side of the prediction. This is unfair because there was supposed to be so much more time in the stream for that prediction to potentially come true.
This could happen in terms of a power outage for the streamer or needing to leave early, but the end result is an unfair result.

PLS GIVE YOU 30% of points back. WHen you bet and lose, even when you bet little it takes hours to get those points back, and it sucks. I think we should get 30 percent back.

Alternative system to the one offered by Twitch by offering by default the time that the predictions last • Create a variable that allows both streamers and moderators to start predictions where they can freely define the time they last active. This time would be specified in seconds and when starting the prediction, the timer would be displayed, which indicates the remaining time.
The predefined options currently offered by Twitch are stark and lack a middle ground. A prediction can be very short or last too long, so much so that the message that the prediction has started is displayed for too long or too little time.

make predictions more streamline, less like the hype train predictions seems to copy the code from hypetrain and just seems really lazy and clunky. no one likes the hype train. use the hypetrain to gain more channel points per level. make it so that the predictions dont have the slow hypetrain logo print all the words of the prediction. as soon as the prediction is posted by the mods, people should be able to immediately vote instead of seeing the prediction scroll through the screen, by the time its ended, the prediction couldve ended, wasting time. i hate this and i think it desperately needs a rework. make it…

Ideas related to predictions (I've noticed that would be nice after streaming and watching) - More options to predictions (like polls; nice for outcomes with more than one possibility).

Show what question was asked for prediction in twitch. Currently, when watching a vod, you can see what side individual members of chat voted on for a prediction but you cannot see what question was asked.
I believe it would create a more enjoyable experience if the prediction question when it started and whenever it ended is displayed in the video-on-demand (vod),

Trigger predicition with chat commands Would be awesome to trigger predictions with commands, so i dont have to alt+tab everytime i want to set or end a prediction. Something like !set prediction [Question][Yes/No][Time]. So we could just make a hotkey and start them ingame and everywhere.

Predictions with Designated Ratios As a small streamer, I noticed bets aren't really a viable option for me. Often when my viewers bet it isn't up against anyone at all or a very limited selection of people. This makes all bets very skewed or disproportionate to how they should be. I understand the point of predictions is to redistribute points, and not to create a new source for points, even so, I think if the streamer could set a ratio for options 1 & 2 that pays out no matter what it would really help small streams. Allow vote cancellation during prediction period It would be amazing to cancel your vote. For example, the user votes for the wrong option by mistake, and wants to vote for what they intended to.
This would be rather easy to do, just during the vote window, allow to cancel your vote and re-vote. Once the vote window is over, then its locked in.

Non compliant option wrong "highlight" If one of the options in your prediction is "not compliant with our content guidelines", the title/name of the prediction is highlighted in red, instead of the option(s) that is at fault
