Guild Wars: REFORGED - Category Merger

The launch of 'Guild Wars: Reforged' is now LIVE and it combines all the games under one umbrella now. Twitch still has all the categories split up and the community has voiced concerns in most Guild Wars streams that it should be all in one now since ArenaNet made this new update and change.

Even looking on the official Guild Wars website, now Reforged, the game now includes everything and is no longer split up. Even looking at Steam, ArenaNet has removed all the other categories and has everything under its new Guild Wars: Reforged ip.

We believe Twitch should update this accordingly since we still see the community wanting to support the Reforged effort in the new Guild Wars: Reforged category, but being forced to go into the older categories that are no longer relevant. These categories are Guild Wars, Guild Wars: Factions, and Guild Wars: Nightfall. All of these, again, are now combined into Guild Wars: Reforged now and there is no way to go back and play the older versions. Reforged is a live update that changed them all, updated for modern use, and combined them all into one now.

Please consider only having the Guild Wars: Reforged category now to unite the community. Thank you for your consideration.

    Huge agree on merging the gw1 categories into one, singular game category! The Reforged hype has been incredible, but having multiple game categories for one game is very confusing for everyone, and does not help the game or Twitch.

    Guild Wars Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall are all one game anyway then Guild Wars Reforged is just a Rebrand that combines the 3, so you cant even buy them separately any more.

    There should have always been just 1 category for guild wars 1.

    Currently Right now there are 4 categories for the same game and i have seen so many streamers and viewers confused about this.

    My Vote is to combine the 4 categories in Twitch to Guild Wars: Reforged
