Your support needs updating, severely.

I've been trying to get into contact with you guys for 4+ months, this was done roughly around during the weird money laundering thing and somehow my channel got hit. I got a dodgy bit donation while I was offline and everytime I contact support they send me the exact same copy paste message saying I have fraudulent payments pending.

I have ZERO access to refund bit donations so I can't undo this, I can't update my payment info as I have to contact twitch and its been 4+ months since I opened my first ticket.
I am more than eligible for payment (calculated without the dodgy bit donation) yet I can't update my info.

I have tweeted at your support multiple times.
I'm also not the only one whos having this issue and left in this limbo. I am having to tell people to not sub or gift bits because i'm clearly not getting it.

Improve your staff or support. Read your messages. Help us out a little.
