1. twitch needs a way better payout system than what they have now

   why is the payout cap at $100? i think thats pretty insane and insanely stupid honestly. why cant the min payout cap be like $10 or $20 or at the very least make it so anyone can request payout at any given time? i think that would be a whoooooooole lot easier to implement. for small streamers like me or for any small streamer who averages around 1-20 viewers will NEVER EVER EVER be able to reach $100 just to be able to request payout. it would take us small streamers like yeeeeeeears just to see that $100 just to request payout. its so so stupid how twitch has the cap at $100! us super small streamers who have between 1-10 viewers will just never ever get enough money from subs and/or bits to reach that cap! its just impossible!! theres no way we can hit that cap!! especially witin like 1-2 years or under a year like how we should be able to. twitch absolutely needs to lower it majorly! again! they either let us request payout at any given time or make the cap be like $10-$25 or $10-$30 at the most. i think thats alot more reasonable. oooooooor do this. make it so ppl who have an average of 1-20 viewers max are able to request payout at $25 or $30, make the streamers who average 20-50 viewers request payout at $50-$70 max cap and anybody with 51 or higher viewership have a max cap at $100 for requesting payout. i think thats alot more fair to all of us who stream. just some thoughts and suggestions.

4. PAyment process improvements

   SHUT DOWN YOUR PLATFORM, ITS A SCAM AND your prey on innocent people to support streamers that are exposing themselves, performing sexual acts/ revealing sexually in the name of cosplay/ ASMR/ hot tub streams, promoting OF and patreon, streamers that openly throw animals or show their body but has no protection for viewers absolute pathetic..

5. Payment with Paypal

   There's an issue with payments through PayPal and changing the card from the default selection. The payment goes through but uses the default option instead of the new selection made. I've noticed it more on PC than mobile. Ex. my default card is a debit card, I change in the PayPal window I want to use a credit card.

   Please fix this. Love supporting streamers but it's an issue when the funds aren't being removed from the correct place.

   El día 15 de Abril del 2022, tuve mi primer pago de Twitch. El dinero fue depositado a otra persona y esa persona me dijo que le quitaron el dinero por lo mismo que los datos no coincidían con los míos. Ya me comuniqué con el banco e incluso con PayPal pero no saben dónde está el dinero ¿podrían ayudarme? Muchas gracias.

10. Withdraw issues/bank cards linking

    How can I withdraw if I got the rewards from Live? Should I link a bank card with my twitch account or something else? And if I withdraw how many days should I wait for getting the rewards from my bank account？
    Sorry I can't get the answer from anywhere in my account so I have to ask and suggest to let it show clearly in the FAQs.

    I gave money for the purchase of bits as explained in your policies. The money I spent (well over $300 US dollars in the last 3 months)
    is not being given to BenzoEffect as they were intended. You have refused to refund me the actual monies I spent for the Bits.
    You are refusing to give the monetary value of the bits I purchased and donated to BenzoEffect for the last 3 months.
    Instead you decided to keep my money and bits I donated to his streams.
    Your decision to stop my money to his stream is a violation of your own polices for distribution for the bits I purchased.
    Clearly false advertising on your part.
    I will not be giving any money to you or anyone affiliated with you from this date forward.

    11.1 After work, I looked at my card payment history and found that 295,000 won was paid. Upon closer inspection, it was said that 50 subscriptions were shot on Twitch at 7:16 a.m. on the morning of October 31st. It seems to be a hack, an error, or a very low probability that it was pressed with one-touch payment while sleeping. I've never paid, and of course I don't remember. One-touch payment was also set up in the Google Play Store, but I had no idea that it was linked to Twitch and payment was made with one touch. I immediately applied for a refund to Google, but I got an email reply as follows. It seems like it was pressed while sleeping, but this is clearly a fraudulent act due to one-touch payment, and it is said that there is no refund. It tells you to contact your financial institution. So I inquired again with Hyundai Card, and even though I tried to call a company called Twitch, they couldn't contact me, and they said they couldn't file a dispute.

    Google also tried several refund requests and they were all rejected saying that they do not have permission, and no matter how many times I tried to apply for counseling, the only response was to send an email inquiry to the Twitch developer. There are still no answers. The payment was made on 10.31, and I found out that the payment was made on 11.1 and immediately sent an email inquiry, but Twitch has not responded even after a few days as of 11.19 business day. There are too many emails sent. What should I do? I want to know how to check the payment system that I did not want at all, the payment system that is too unfair and fraudulent, and whether there is a hacking or an error, and I want a refund, but I want a way to contact Twitch

16. payout to update more often

    My estimated income from since i became affiliate is nearing $180. Yet it's around 3 months later and my payout is only coming up with $99.96 why does it take so long for this to update correctly in a couple of days rather than sometimes 2 weeks..... this needs to be improved so that it updates quicker please

    Hey there, it is indeed possible to make purchases using the balance on your PayPal account!

    We ask that you associate a Payment method first, however, so that we can start a billing agreement up to make future purchases as seamless as possible. When you go to purchase, we’ll generally always deduct the funds from your PayPal balance first before charging the associated payment method. Thanks!
