Allow PG "Dumpy" style emotes on Twitch.
A Dumpy emote is an emote with a shaking butt in a circle and does not contain nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind. There are over 900 of them on Twitch as of this writing.
Dumpy emotes are incredibly popular among a wide number of communities on Twitch. However, they have been removed by Twitch Moderation at seemingly random for violating the community guidelines.

As these emotes are based on a draw-over of the PG movie Open Season from 2006 it seems absurd to ban them from the platform.

I strongly support the reintroduction of PG 'Dumpy' style emotes on Twitch. These emotes, characterized by their playful depiction of a shaking butt within a circle, are a staple of Twitch culture, resonating with a diverse audience across numerous communities. It's crucial to recognize that these emotes, with over 900 variations available, do not contain nudity or sexually explicit content, aligning perfectly with Twitch's community standards.
Moreover, the Dumpy emotes are inspired by the family-friendly movie 'Open Season,' a PG-rated film from 2006. This origin underscores the emotes' suitability for a general audience. The arbitrary removal of these emotes by Twitch Moderation, despite their compliance with the platform's guidelines, seems not only inconsistent but also detrimental to the vibrant community spirit these emotes foster.
In a digital space where creativity and expression are paramount, it's vital that Twitch acknowledges the benign and entertaining nature of Dumpy emotes. Their presence on the platform adds value and joy to the user experience, without crossing the boundaries of Twitch's content policies. Therefore, I urge Twitch to reconsider their stance and allow these beloved emotes to continue being a part of our shared digital expression on the platform.

Twitch I want you to explain to me in full detail as to why a TV-Y7 cartoon animation is more harmful to a community of FULLY ARTISTIC PROFESSIONALS than the many provocative things you allow on your platform...cuz you won't. The thing that makes me laugh more is you're so inconsistent about your own insecurities that you had to go and change the tos several times in 1 month due to your misinformation. Hey Twitch...am I allowed to draw a finger, or are you gonna have a hissy fit? -_-

So...these emotes are not allowed, but pools/hottubs/beaches exist 0.0
At least be consistent...we know there's a lot more explicit stuff than cartoon butts.

imagine being the site that spawned booba.tv meta and banning redraw of a pg movie as sexual content. cia wouldnt waterboard out of me admission that an animated ferret behind is sexual content, but i guess too controversial for twitch. back to watching women in bikini doing absolutely asexual squats covered in oil.

I get you guys probably use a lot of automated tools to sift through emotes that violate community guidelines, but this is egregious. PG emotes are, by definition, not explicit, and should be allowed, even if it requires reworking your tools or even having a human element to act as final arbitration.

Given some time disonnected from the issue, my stance has changed. I've unvoted and encourage twitch to NOT ALLOW these emotes - even if not directly explicit - because of their immediate abusability. It doesn't matter WHERE the source comes from if the content is objectionable. Twitch, you rolled back changes to your explicit content policies already because of egg on your face. Don't get bullied by a swarm of ONE creator's brigade into doing something detrimental to the platform. NO DUMPYS.

Yet another example of twitch’s inconsistent mod team, there needs to be a stricter guideline for them.

The fact that these emotes are kept or banned at seemingly random indicates there are no consistent internal guidelines regarding these emotes. Either ban them all or allow all to stay, having an inconsistent standard allows for moderation abuse and needs to be addressed.

Its just a fun dancing ferret, It is funny and makes people happy. I know yall are trying to find a middle ground and people are exploiting it. All im asking is take a look at this emote and if its ok maybe change a line in the tos or just reach out to Pirate Software and tell him its ok.

at least have a human look at this (not automation) and make a ruling on not just this emote but all or any emote that is brought into question and in that ruling state why or why not it is or within the TOS of Twitch.

A conversation definitely needs to happen about this kind of thing. Other emotes still exist, and this kind of animation already exists in other mediums rated PG. Take a clear stance and/or free the dumpy.

the PG dumpy emotes are not sexual NSFW at all what so ever,no b hole shows they should be allowed, how can you allow real ppl doing NSFW stuff in the art category and not allow the dumpy emote at all animated or not, it makes absolutely no sense, FREE THE PG DUMPY EMOTE!

Arts area is sexual but a animal emotes are not.

With some of the other things that can be seen on Twitch, I believe that emotes of animals dancing shouldn't be removed, especially since they become something the community can all agree on and enjoy. Furthermore, I find it bizarre that dancing animals are removed for being "too sexual" when you consider what the recent TOS updates have made possible. Make it make sense, Twitch, and give us back our emotes.

These should not be against community guidelines as they are not explicit, they are silly caricatures of animals doing a dance move. It's a fun part of the community that does harm to nothing or no one.
