   at least have a human look at this (not automation) and make a ruling on not just this emote but all or any emote that is brought into question and in that ruling state why or why not it is or within the TOS of Twitch.

   I am currently a low level nobody, but this idea makes a lot of sense and comes from a guy that really knows his stuff and should be listened to because he really does have the best interest for this platform and it's users
