Please don't use gray typefaces on your sites. This site (User Voice) uses a gray typeface for body text. Gray text is very difficult to read for people with vision issues or dyslexia. I'm pretty sure it is discouraged by accessibility best practices.
(Have you ever looked at the fine print in the contract you sign at a used car dealership? It's printed in gray to discourage people from reading it!)
I've also seen gray type in other locations on the Twitch site. Please make your platform more accessible.

⚙️ picture quality In the setting ⚙️ button there are several picture quality options eg 480p, 360p, etc. There should be a tick or dot besides the quality which is currently selected.

On the support form, allow "guideline questions" as an actual category I am currently trying to reach out to Twitch support, via the support form, to ask for clarification on one of the community guidelines rules via presenting an example. However, when I pick the "Community Guidelines query" sub category, the only detail categories I can assign are "I'm banned from chat" and "I'm unable to file a report due to a bug."
This is not helpful. As far as I can tell after poking around a bit at the various options, there's no way for me to directly ask for clarification about the community guidelines without giving my form submission…

final fantasy As someone who frequently gets recommended channels that begin with "FINAL FANTASY XI", I believe the sidebar could be improved. For example, FINAL FANTASY XIV shows up as "FINAL FANTASY XI..." The trailing "..." takes up almost as much space as the "V" would. It would seem there is a character limitation coming in to play here, but it results in a less than optimal user experience for people who watch a lot of FINAL FANTASY related content. followed channels bar on the side auto scrolling I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but over the last 3 weeks or so when I try to scroll down on the followed channels bar with the collapsable bar on the side, then try to click on a channel it auto scrolls to either the top of the bar or bottom at random. bugs Green screen feature doesn't work i've heard that the chroma key has been taken off if possible could get it back not only that my streams will end by themselves theres a lot of bugs that i have personally experienced but those 2 itself are my biggest concerns i bought a green screen set up so i could use it on this platform but the effects doesnt work at all like i dont even have chroma key but i see a few people have it

Either increase attempt number for verification code or remake system After accidentally typing in an old email verification email, your system repeatedly tried to enter the code as I was entering it, forcing me to reset my password.
I get that whoever programmed the 6 box interface worked hard, but...could I just have a submit button? Otherwise, you're going to need to program around that issue and give users...8-ish attempts to enter that code, or people are going to keep having to reset passwords needlessly.

wann geht der support wieder an die arbeit wann geht der twitch support wieder an seine arbeit...denn seit ca. einem jahr wurde ein streamer 134 male reportet wegen Nutzung von user btos sowie follower bots jeden tag jeden monat..man hat ihn auf seinem lice stream reportet und man hat tickets bei support eröffnet und innerhalb von ein paar sekunden kommt von twitch eine bots nachricht mit der begründung das es keinen verstoß geben würde..daher meine frage wann geht der twitch support an die arbeit und liest die reports durch die zugeschickt werden...man kann jemanden melden wo man einen melden kann aber seitens twitch passiert in der hinsicht rein…
