Add a feature to turn off the power-up feature
What if a streamer doesn't want the power-ups to clutter up their channel points?

Not remotely interested in this feature on my channel, if you're adding new features to channels just make them optional

Power-Ups are a cool idea and I can see the appeal behind them. However, the concept doesn't fit a good amount of more relaxed, less visually intense streams out there. Please do not force this feature upon us and let us turn it off individually asap.

Love the idea! But I'd really like to disable it for now while I find ways to incorporate it into my stream!

Why, oh why, does Twitch never learn? Forcing features on users and streamers rarely goes over well. Versions of these features have been available from third party devs for some time. Those who want them have likely added them already, meaning Twitch is unlikely to recover that lost revenue at this point. Those who don't want them, likely didn't want them for a reason. Revamping the UI and placing the bits/power ups in their particular current positions in the user redeems menu smacks of being a bit disingenuous, not to mention woefully transparent.

For the celebrations, I'm just glad there's no audio to go with it. But then again -- if it only puts the graphics on the stream as viewers see it, how does the celebration even include the streamer, the person allegedly being celebrated? It's not gonna pop up in my OBS overlay, I'm not going to hear any audio (because, I want to stress, IT SHOULD NOT HAVE AUDIO), so as the streamer, all I get is...a line of text in my chat?
If my chat is slow/quiet all I'm getting is a line of text as a "celebration". If my chat is huge and scrolling quickly I'm going to miss who even made redeems, and the celebration is probably, you know, the chat?
It's like everyone in chat hides in a room for a surprise party for the streamer, and when they show up, we all hold up a poster with the word "surprise" on it. Who is this for and what's the best-case scenario for how it turns out?
And that's just for the "celebration" redeem. Everyone's going to have a different definition of what the perfect 'pace' or size of chat is. But unless that definition is "hyperspeed text you can't really keep up with anyway," I don't know how "GIGANTO SIZED EMOTE BLOCKING OUT MEANINGFUL HUMAN INTERACTION LIKE PERSIAN ARROWS BLOCK OUT THE SUN" fits into that definition.
I'm willing to help you use my channel and my viewers, all 0.0 average of them, to test new features! Really, I am! But not every single thing you all cook up! Let me test the ones that are helpful to my stream, and if you can't find enough streamers to opt-in to test something, maybe it's a feature that isn't needed?

Twitch: "Hey, here's this feature that makes a whole bunch of emotes cover your screen, a feature that has existed from third parties for, i dunno, at least ten years now probably? Well we have it now too and there's no saying no!"
Me, five seconds later: "Oh, wow! It's one of the maybe 5 people on the entire planet earth who hasn't played Undertale Fantasy VII: The Vault Edition! And they're almost at the part where <spoiler thing happens that might make you cry>! I sure hope nobody plasters a wall of OMEGALUL over the screen right at the critical moment where emotions run high! Its so rare to see someone react to this genuinely for the first time and it's the closest you get to playing the game for the first time again, so that would REALLY suck if someone was able to do this for a default of forty cents USD!"

I didn't ask for this feature and I want to turn it off. At the very least let us put Power-ups at the bottom because right now it's on top of all the other rewards.

I don't really like that it's in with the channel point redeems. Why isn't it in the bit menu instead? If they have to share screen real estate with the channel point redeems, I'd like to be able to turn them off.

Yes. Also I noticed that only the on screen celebration has the option for cooldowns. All power-up options should have the option for cooldowns.

Always give streamers a way to opt out

I like this new feature, its easy for the streamer, no need to add an extra webs-source or any other thing..
BUT, I would like to be in control on what pops up on my stream overview..
One thing is chat effects, but having splash's of emotes on my stream-view is intrusive. I would like have the ability to disable/enable it on my own accord.. -

These features lead to a horrible amount of spam and a diminished viewer experience by way of terribe lag when people spam emotes all over the video player. Please add a way to disable this, preferably by users because I never want random stuff in the way of the video - that's why I use theater mode.

A "consistent viewer experience" is a terrible reason not to give a streamer control over what people can and can't do on their channel. Please give us the option to turn it off, and don't ever do that again.

Yes, give me a way to turn this off / opt out ... I do not like this being forced upon and ruins the vibe of stream I'm looking to make.

I can see the potential in a feature like this, but there NEEDS to be a way to turn this feature off. Something like this does not fit every single stream style. It also comes across as a blatant cash grab.

It's not a stretch to ask for the power to control what goes over your game feed. It's entirely reasonable to ask

please give option to turn this off! because i can just see it being abused and used to harass streamers. This KILLS chat to chat interactions in most active streams.
