You guys obviously don’t give two sh*ts about it so can you just give it to an intern with a Claude code subscription and just get them to fix it over a weekend or two?

Just ask one of the 20+ modern AI coding agents to implement a few things like proper tvOS playback APIs, use modern video codecs, make the Following tab UI horizontally load more than 10 followed channels at a time, and add OLED display features for starters. Maybe even make scrubbing long VODs not feel like performing surgery on an ant. It probably wouldn’t be worse than what we have now.

Oh and ask it to bring back chat too.
