Remove the scanning of the QR code just to type in chat

What the most recent update that the fire stick app had gone for twitch us fire stick users are no fire stick users are no longer able to use our remotes to type in chat and now we have to scan a QR code when we could easily use our remotes to type in chat which is not cool

    I agree with you. They should bring back to be able use chat with tv controller, Bluetooth gaming controllers, keyboard and mouse (wired/wireless) to type and use chat without the need of scanning QR code for mobile/tablet devices. When using Twitch app on Toshiba 4k- Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Fire TV stick, and other smart TVs devices that supports and has Twitch: Live Streaming app.
