On the LG WebOS app, make it so the twitch chat does not disappear over a period of time without remote movement. Or give us a settingto pin
The chat closes after a period of time if there is no remote movement, which is frustrating when sitting and watching. Maybe leave the chat open permanently or give a setting to make it disappear over a period of time

LG C7 OLED, same issue as everyone else. Chat disappears after like 60sec and you have to use the remote to "wake it up." No point in using the app if the most noteworthy element of Twitch can't be seen.

Please, fix that... This happens for months and is sooo annoying. Chat just disappears after around 1-2 minutes. I have LG B9 with the newest WebOS.

Please fix this, it really hurts the Twitch on LG experience.

1. Remove text: “Join the conversation”.
2. Don’t hide chat after X seconds. There is no risk of burning from chat contents. It’s constantly moving.

This has still not been fixed, is this to prevent burn in on slower chat streams? It should disappear chat after a set time after the last message if burn in is the issue.

Yeah, please fix it

Yep, literally no reason for it to disappear like it does, incredibly annoying behaviour!

Agreed. Chat disappears after a while and you have to hit a button on the remote to wake it up.

+1! Otherwise the app is pretty great, and this would make it so much better.

It's gone so quickly. Twitch is known for the chat, it needs to be available on TVs, especially the most popular models
