Extends Get Clips Download to include Closed Captions or not
Clips can have Captions now per https://dashboard.twitch.tv/settings/stream
When enabled, viewers can add captions to new clips they create from your stream. Turning this setting off won't remove captions that already exist. You can remove captions when exporting clips from Twitch.
Please extend Get Clips Download so we can export with or without captions
Also incldue the ability to add (or not add) Captions when using the Create Clip endpoint.

Yeah this will be good, along with the VOD. Create Clip From VOD API endpoint would work great with this.
