Eventsub for channel event badge drops
If a channel is running an event that awards a channel badge due to watchtime of sub/gifted sub, I'd like to display that on an overlay and/or track success for the streamer. Including celebrating the end of the event with "hey this many people were here for this"
So please provide a channel level drop.entitlement.grant for this new badge drop
