Trigger channel.bits.use on extension bits usage
Currently the channel.bits.use event doesn't seem to grab extension bits use - for example, Tangia.
This is something that is already visible in the streamer (and moderator) activity feed, and it would be very useful to have on this eventsub trigger as well.
