Provide an EventSub subscription for people knocking

I would like to be notified by EventSub when a broadcaster receives a knock from another broadcaster who wants to use Stream Together.

    This is a much needed feature for me.
    It will allow people who make custom overlays, to for example play a knocking or doorbell sound. Or possibly even make animations for this.

    This would also help enable the streamer to more easily notice when their streaming friends want to collab with them.

    Currently there are only endpoints for when a guest has been added.

    This would greatly assist in allowing us to do alerts so that we do not miss other streamers Knocking to collaborate.

    Also adding an option for similar to the twitch alerts for those who use them.
