Miniature Painting or Mini Painting. Either category would be great and there are multiple requests for this. Art, Warhammer, Dungeons and Dragons, and Board Games are all used to cover this. We need a common category for these streams and this community.

I wasn't sure of this one, but recently was playing the Myst series, they are a few streams each, but there are 6 games, plus remasters. Having a "Myst Series" category would combine channels streaming any of these into one. A few others like this that work well here: Final Fantasy, Super Mario Brothers/World, Persona, etc. Maybe a category, or maybe an auto tag for the franchise games just like Platformer, RPG, etc, but specific to the respective franchise.

Mini Painting is a distinctive category. Right now streamers are spreading across categories like Warhammer, Dungeons and Dragons, Art, and others. Then using tags for miniature figures, painting mini painting, etc. We really need this category. It is currently too hard for us to find each other since we need to search multiple ways to find community.

I am opting out of this experience. The transaction fee increases make this bad financially, and the lack of alerts and unlocks for the giver remove perks related to giving bits. Add to this that we can use outside donation services for a much lower overhead. If I think about my own behavior, I buy bits in bulk 2-3 times per month to maximize the benefit I am able to give. This takes that away and will encourage me to look outside of twitch to donate to streamers I enjoy. This also comes at a terrible time since in October is my highest time of the year for bits. Typically bits are around 5% of my channel income, but have been close to 20% in October. If this program is forced while so incomplete it will further encourage me to send users off twitch to contribute to my channel.

On 2/2, we will turn off Chants.
While this feature was popular, we observed negative impacts to minutes watched for significant groups of creators.

Really disappointed in this news. Many creators I know were looking forward to chants in their channels. I know many viewers who have asked when they would be able to chant in creators channels. It made for great interactive point redeems as well. Hope this feature can be brought back as an opt-in or other.

LOVE this idea! As someone who plays retro games it is hard to pick between categories. Retro is too broad and missed people who really love the specific game, but picking the game means that only a few people actually see the stream at all through the search.
