Title: API access to "My Clips" section
I suggest adding an API feature that allows retrieving the list of clips available in the "My Clips" section - https://dashboard.twitch.tv/u/USER/content/clips/channel.
Currently, this functionality is not provided by the API, which limits the ability to manage and interact with this content programmatically.

I would love support for this. There is a Helix API for retrieving clips by game_id and broadcaster_id but not by creator_id. Personally, I would love the option to fetch highlights made by any user... being able to look up clips I have created or clips that were created by Twitch users I follow would be amazing.
