channel.moderate V2 doesn't tell Timeout duration
To date, there's no way to accurately know how long a user has been timed out for.
We only get a "expires_at" date that tells when the TO ends.
We can kinda compute the duration by making the diff between this date and the "message_timestamp" from the event, but it is not accurate and can be off by 3s or more from a few tests.
Having a "duration" field with the number of seconds the user has been TO for would be nice to avoid this issue.
