Have a responsible disclosure mechanism
I've been trying to report a security issue (one that allows creation of thousands of accounts in under 5 minutes) for two months now.
Support just sends me form emails and closes the ticket.
Provide a way to talk to someone more technical than whatever the heck your support is.

Please submit information via the Responsible Disclosure form found on https://www.twitch.tv/p/en/security/. This will create a ticket for the Security team to review and reach out as needed.
