channel.update or stream.online - add live-notification message to payload
To forward live notifications, it would be awesome to also receive the live notification message the streamer has set - either when they set it with channel.update and/or when the stream goes live.

In general, there is no way to read or receive or query the go live notification message at all. This is a huge gap for automation of streams that leaves a single step for broadcasters to go to their dashboard to type in 1 line. A lot of the broadcasters I follow just stopped updating it altogether, and its a generic message now.
