Add Broadcaster ID query option to GET https://api.twitch.tv/helix/eventsub/subscriptions so you can query on just broadcaster ID, so I can make sure all their subs are setup, instead of having to paginate through all my subs to check just a handful

Get EventSub Subscriptions now takes an optional user_id parameter.
