Improve "Get Streams" viewers count accuracy
Many times, "viewer_count" response field doesn't change during several minutes (due to caching?). However, when you're watching a stream you can see how this data is refreshed each 20-25 seconds.
Benefit: Increase the precision of apps that use this field

Thank you so much. I'm looking in Twitch official docs (https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/pubsub) but I'm not sure "viewer_count" can be retrieved

I think you can use PubSub to get viewer count update messages
