Twitch Drops should be permanent
In the case of Tarkov, I find it a bit of a scam that the Twitch Drops are lost as a result of the Tarkov wipe.
Once I get it, why delete it?
Is it not specified that this should remain?

Appreciate the feedback. Ultimately, the lifespan of in-game items delivered via Twitch Drops is controlled by the developer of the game. Battlestate in this case has chosen to remove them on the update. I would suggest providing this feedback via their forums at https://forum.escapefromtarkov.com/.
