Documentation not updated for oAuth changes on Helix

None of the documentation is updated to reflect this change.
Yes it's not required yet. But it's good practice for new developers to be using the new oAuth procedure now

Indicates
> Updated the Twitch API Reference to reflect that OAuth is now mandated
But most if not _all_ the curl examples have not been updated to indicate the requirement of the ClientID
