EventSub `channel.chat.notification` tells us an announcement has occured. But for the "default" announcement we don't know what color it is.

First party uses the channel accent color, but we as third parties don't know what that color is

Now that this color is used more often, e.g. as color for tagged channels in stream titles, it would be really nice to be able to get it from the API.

This is definitely needed to use branding colors for different streamers

this should be also exposed in chat messages (irc), when somebody share his sub in chat, that chat message has thick line on the left with accent color

This should also be extended to games if the intend is to support this on games in the directory too
