VODs rewind and start over on mobile background player

Open a VOD

Lock phone screen and listen to stream
Eventually the stream will skip backwards several minutes and continue playing from there
This seems to be mostly Android.
App version 24.6.0
There are several complaints on reddit
One comment noted similar issue with quality set to auto. It may be related but I haven't tested thoroughly

Still present in 25.3.0. Running on a Samsung with Android 15.

I was trying to go back in a vod today by tapping the rewind 10s on the left. It kept fast forwarding it instead.
