Similarly, need to let viewers left behind or anyone coming to the stream know what channel was raided. Host feature used to host the raided channel. Raiding should make the raided channel be the current suggested channel in the carousel and top of the suggested list. Maybe with a label it was recently raided there.

Some streamers I know were reluctant to even enable email verification when it was an ON/OFF option. Despite it being the first thing twitch (any many websites) asked you when you sign up.
With the recent release of phone verification and the options to choose account age exceptions, I've seen better adoption of the tools.
We should have the same granular options for follows.
Example, not allowing a follow unless email or phone is verified, but if phone isn't verified they can follow if the account is so many weeks/months old.
This would help with brand new accounts following just to harass with their names. But allow accounts that have been around longer being more likely to be legit. That isn't always the case, thus the granular option for the streamer. Such as "I only want follows from people that have been active on twitch for a while without violating TOS. Then its ok if they haven't verified phone. But if you're fairly new, gotta verify the number"DraleZero supported this idea ·

AdminTwitch (Admin, Twitch) responded
Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.
We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community.

Have option for streamer to toggle off/on anonymous bits
Have option for streamer to toggle off/on anonymous gift subs
Sometimes people gift subs to other accounts display account names to bully or TOS account names that haven't been removed yet.DraleZero supported this idea ·

VOD will be the first Category used when stream went live.
All clips created after stream will be the VOD's Category
As a streamer, a current workaround is to change the Category of the VOD before making a clip. You can even set the Category to one that wasn't used during stream and clip.
I agree that if the streamer is making their own clip, they should be able to set the Category instead of doing the workaround I mentioned. -

The /ban command allows you to log a reason with the ban. Perhaps it would also be helpful if the ban button prompted for typing in a reason.

Similarly, need to let viewers left behind or anyone coming to the channel after stream know what channel was raided. Host feature used to host the raided channel. Now that hosting is gone there is no way to know where everyone went if you missed the raid or it didnt bring you. Raiding should make the raided channel be the current suggested channel in the carousel and top of the suggested list. Maybe with a label it was recently raided there.
